GOOD NEWS

God loves you, and is willing to save your life

Have you ever wondered what it means to become a Christian?

Maybe there are things in your life that don't seem to be going very well, and you've tried lots of solutions, but none seems to work. Everyone has questions about their own lives. If you haven't found answers that work for you, why not listen to what God has to say?

God's Word has the answers that are grounded in truth and love. Jesus has answers to problems just like the ones you face every day.

See what God's Word has to say about these questions and issues...

God loves you, and He loves you with a love beyond understanding, because there is no human love comparable to divine love. He wants to forgive you. He wants to have a relationship with you.

God is love.” — 1 John 4:16

It doesn’t make any difference how far you try to run from God. He loves you. His eye is on you. He sees you. God loves you, and the Bible says that God sent His Son, Jesus Christ, from heaven to this earth for you. Christ came to this earth to pay for your sins on a cross. God has a plan for your life.

“‘For I know the plans I have for you,’ declares the Lord. ‘Plans to prosper you and not to harm you. Plans to give you hope and a future.’” — Jeremiah 29:11

God created you in His image, and you are important to God.

“Jesus answered, ‘I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.’” — John 14:6

No matter who you are or how you’ve lived your life, God will receive you into His family.

He will change you and make you complete. Trust Him and experience His mercy for yourself.

If you receive this word of the Lord with gladness and willing heart, your new life with God can start now. So what do you have to do? There is nothing you can do to earn God’s forgiveness; it is possible only by His grace when you have faith in Him. God is a loving God and wants to forgive you. He wants to welcome you into His family. “If you confess with your mouth, ‘Jesus is Lord,’ and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.” — Romans 10:9

The only way to find forgiveness from God and to begin a relationship with Him is to trust in Jesus’ sacrifice for you and repent—turn from your sins. If you are ready to do this, please repent of all your sins right now and invite Jesus into your heart by saying the prayer below:

“Dear Lord Jesus,

I know I am a sinner, and I ask for your forgiveness. I believe you died for my sins and rose from the dead.  I trust and follow you as my Lord and Savior. Guide my life and help me to do your will.

In your name, amen.”
