Daily Scripture Threshing for Monday, April 27, 2020
Today’s Text: Psalm 23:1-6
Key Verse: Psalm 23:1 (NASB): "The LORD is my shepherd, I shall not want.”

What sweetest reminder of the divine care available to us can we ever find than this?! Especially written by a man who understands care of a flock, a man who was called to be a royal shepherd on Israel's throne. His testimonies are vast about divine care of those who trust Him.
He reminds and challenge us to put our trust in the Lord today and throughout our entire life. He alone gives true repose so that we can lie down in green pastures despite trouble. He alone gives true refreshment so that we are led literally to waters of rest. And He alone gives restoration of our souls and strength when we wander or we are worn down.
Quote for the Day: "Long or short pathway, we are sure that the Lord always leads the right way.” (Simon Olatunji)
Prayer: Dear Lord, I leave my hands in yours. Please lead me in the pathway you’ve chosen. I ask in Jesus name. Amen.
With all my love and prayer,
Rev Simon Wale Olatunji, PhD
