Today’s Text: Isaiah 6:1–8 (NIV)
Key Verse: Isaiah 6:8 (NIV): “Then I heard the voice of the Lord saying, ‘Whom shall I send? And who will go for us?’ And I said, ‘Here am I. Send me!’”

Saying "Here am I, Send me" erupts from a heart gripped by God's holiness, propelled from personal vision to prophetic mission. It marks the pivot from awe-struck silence to active availability, trading self-preservation for divine deployment amid a world steeped in rebellion. This response surges not from human bravado but from divine cleansing—lips purified, guilt atoned—unleashing boldness to embrace whatever assignment heaven issues.
To declare it demands beholding the Lord high and lifted up, confronting our uncleanness against His glory, then rising with surrendered zeal. God seeks volunteers for His redemptive advance, scanning horizons for those whose "Here am I" echoes through valleys of need, injustice, and spiritual drought. It forfeits comfort zones, reputations, and predictable paths, yet unlocks intimacy with the Sovereign who equips the called.
This proclamation isn't casual availability but a consecrated commission, liberating us from indifference and igniting eternal impact. It confesses, “Lord, I see my frailty.” It requests, “Purge and empower me.” It declares, “I am Yours—deploy me now.” The same God who thunders from His throne infuses the strength to pursue every sending.
Saying "Here am I" propels us into heaven's harvest fields. Those sent become voices of truth, hands of mercy, lights piercing darkness—extending His kingdom through bold witness and sacrificial service. Availability today shapes destiny for greater exploits, legacy, and glory, transforming yielded lives into waves of transformative influence. True responders don't merely volunteer; they embody His urgent compassion, radiating His sending call to a waiting world.
Action Steps: Pause in God's presence to behold His glory; identify one impurity blocking your availability and surrender it for His cleansing. Respond "Here am I" to a specific need He highlights—a conversation, act of service, or risk of faith. Refuse excuses or delays; step into obedience immediately. Urge another believer toward availability, affirming that God's sending yields unimaginable fruit.
Quote for the Day: “Here am I, Send me turns altar encounters into adventure obedience.” (Simon Olatunji #quotablequote)
Let Us Pray: Dear Heavenly Father, reveal Your glory to me afresh and purge whatever hinders my availability. Thank You for choosing me despite my unworthiness, calling me from hiding into Your mission, Your might, and Your mercy. I bring my fears, excuses, and distractions before You today. Ignite my response, sharpen my hearing, and propel me wherever You send. Let my life resound with Your purpose, so that when You survey the earth, You find me ready. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
